Simply Yoga strives to provide students with the most current yoga knowledge while creating a safe, relaxed environment. It is our goal to create a community atmosphere that promotes health and well-being, by teaching skills that you can take off your yoga mat and into your life.
If you are a new student, you can drop into any class at any time. If you are brand new to yoga, it is best to begin with the ALL LEVELS classes.
