So I thought I’d let you know what an important part of my life your very unique and special studio has become (and I’ve been to a bunch of them over the years, none of which have been close!). Thank you…

LYNNE, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE WONDERFUL CLASS TONIGHT! I AM TRULY AMAZED AT THIS BUSY TIME OF YEAR, THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO GIVE SO MUCH TO ALL OF US AT THE STUDIO.  SOMETIMES A SIMPLE THANK YOU DOESN’T SEEM TO BE ENOUGH.  PLEASE KNOW IT IS FROM MY HEART AND I APPRECIATE EVERY MINUTE YOU DEVOUT TO THE STUDIO.  MARY

Lynne,

I just want to tell you that I totally enjoy the yoga at the senior center. You are a fantastic teacher. I appreciate the constant reminders to breathe and the safety cues, etc.
I have taken some exercise classes that were promoted as good for the back, and I found them to be stressful on mine. Your yoga class makes my back feel better, and I am sure that it is because of you being watchful of the way that we all do the positions, etc.
I hope that 2009 is great for you.

Hi Lynne:
Happy new year to you. May this year to come be the best so far for you, your family and your oh-so-wonderful studio. We’re doing beach yoga a couple of times a week. It has grown from about 12 participants a year ago to about a 60-80 per class now. It’s good posture, stretching and balancing, not much more. Bu,t I overheard a woman say today that in ten weeks she is amazed at her improvement. Yoga is wonderful. I am glad your voice whispers in my ear about tightening my belly and thighs, ’cause this teacher doesn’t do that. And we just go into balance postures with no mountain posture to start. So, I listen to your voice first, get myself set up and am doing very well with “balancing on the beach” and engaging core! It’s nice here in warm country but I’ll be back in February. The one thing that makes it okay to come home to the cold is knowing I’ll be able to come to the warmth that you offer. Thanks so much for being in this world doing what you do. You’re a gift.
Hugs, Kate
