In the spring of 2005, she had a piece published in the book, Yoga Meditations ~Timeless Mind-Body Practices.
Lynne received her 200-hour certification from Atma Yoga in 2000. Atma Yoga is a Kripalu based yoga which is founded in core strength and safety of the body. After working in the medical field for 16 years, as a Medical Assistant and Office Manager in pediatric and family medicine, she honors the way that yoga addresses the mind, body connection.
Lynne completed a 5 day Vinyasa Flow Teacher’s Intensive with Shiva Rea. She enjoys putting Vinyasa or yoga flows together to help create releases. She also works with creative visualization during relaxation, which led her to Yoga Nidra training at Kripalu Yoga Center in July 2004. This now allows her to share her love of the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. This guided deep relaxation is especially helpful for those with chronic physical or emotional pain.

John “Jack” Fila, RYT
Jack is a Certified Yoga Instructor registered with “Yoga Alliance”. He also is a Nordic Walking Instructor certified by the American Nordic Walking Association (ANWA). Being a native New Englander he enjoys taking advantage of all the seasons by participating in surf kayaking, snow skiing, cycling and Nordic walking.
A number of years ago Jack was being treated by a physical therapist for lower back problems and it was recommended that he should start practicing Yoga as it would compliment his treatments. He did, and several months later his back problems became non issues! He then became deeply involved with the Living Art of Yoga. The commitment and love of Yoga deepened to a point where he decided to share his knowledge of the practice with others by becoming an instructor.
Jack enrolled in an intensive teacher training program at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA and received his teacher certification. The curriculum included the study of Asanas (postures), Pranyama (breathing techniques), Meditation, Theoretical and Applied Yogic Philosophy, Anatomy and Physiology, Communication, Teaching Methodology, and Professional Ethics and Practices.
After basic teacher training, he trained in Adaptive Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis, and he is certified by the National MS Society in that modality. Jac k brings Yoga to all levels of students ranging from adaptive and beginner through advanced “Power Yoga” classes. Additionally, he conducts seminars integrating Yoga basics with sports and activities such as golfing, skiing, and Nordic walking to name a few.
